We want to say that everyone who worked with us, including each sub contractor, did excellent work in a very professional and friendly manner. Gray Abel was the first Dillabaugh representative we met, as he came out to look over floor damages, and bid on the repairs. We mentioned we'd been thinking about a possible kitchen remodel, and Gary quickly has us talking, that day, with Mike Lodge. So Gary got the project rolling, and gave us great help in getting the perfect flooring color and finish.
Mike Lodge was our main man, go-to-guy, shepherd, throughout the remodel project, and we think he is definitely a very big assets to your business. Mike was always on top of every detail, and handled each step, each problem, each question we had with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. He coordinated all of the work with amazing skill, keeping the project on a smooth trachea and everyone on schedule. He was ever cheerful, positive, accommodating and fun! As you know, Mike's wife, Amy has a serious biking accident during the time our project took place. Mike didn't seem to miss a beat on the project as Amy went through surgery and recovery. "In June of 2010 we had counter tops installed by your company. We were so frustrated trying to put together the pieces at the "big box" store. I went into Dillabaugh's and met with Gary Abel. He put everything together in one package and had an estimate for us that afternoon.
The next week the countertops were done and they look beautiful. Tom, the man who installed them, was very friendly and his workmanship was precise. Thank you for an excellent and pleasurable outcome."

"Kelly Weigel of Dillabaugh's Flooring America used his new equipment, the "Dust Abatement System," to sand our wooden floors. The night before, we had covered our furniture in anticipation of dust and residue from the sanding. To our amazement, there was no dust or residue afterwards! The new system did as well, or better, than he said it would. We were extremely pleased with the outcome of the work.
If i need my flood refinished in the future, I will call Kelly again, because the equipment he used and the professional job he performed were exceptional. I would highly recommend Kelly and his equipment to anyone needing this service!"

"I just wanted to thank you and your crew for the fantastic job you did on our hardwood floors. As you know, the one thing I was most stressed about, was the potential dust upon the completion of our floors being sanded. I have to admit, I was skeptical when you came in and said I wouldn't have much dust. I honestly didn't think that was possible.
A few days prior to the job getting started, I decided to perform a test of my own. I took everything down from the tops of my cupboards, washed and dusted everything. I wanted to see how dusty those things would be once the job was complete. I was amazed! So amazed, that I made my husband get up on the counter and look for himself. I did not have to re-dust or wash anything again. As a matter of fact, overall, in my entire house, there was no more dust from the job than there would have been if I hadn't dusted for a couple of weeks.
I was so impressed that I felt compelled to share this with you. Whatever the additional cost was, in order to have your dustless system, was worth every penny! I would highly recommend this to anyone. Thanks again. In the end, your job made my job so much easier!"

"Several months ago my wife and I decided to upgrade the granite in our kitchen and remodel the tile counter in one of the bathrooms. We spent over two months looking at granite at all the companies we could find in the Treasure Valley. When we visited your store on Fairview, we met Tim Stewart and were immediately impressed with his interest in our needs, product knowledge and willingness to help us reach our goal.
We've had a good deal of experience with other remodel projects and knew exactly what we needed in terms of one person to oversee the work, manage subcontractors and stay on schedule. Tim has exceeded our expectations. He made excellent design suggestions, met with us at supplier locations, was always easy to reach when we needed anything and maintained the completion date he promised.

"I would like to let you know how much I appreciated Treg sending Thomas to me to do kitchen flooring. He is a good worker. He was great about being neat, considerate about keeping things picked up and keeping our home clean. I don't think I have had anyone who tries to do such excellent work as Thomas did. I was so glad I didn't have a person come and throw it together and didn't care about results.
There are always challenges with an older home, and Thomas did very well. I appreciate his manner, which was him being very polite, professional, on time and helpful to me with any questions I had. I would recommend him to anyone and enjoyed having him work in my home. Thank you!"

"For the past 12 years, I have worked with Dillabaugh's Flooring America. In every working relationship, I have found DFA to give exceptional customer service with a keen interested to always "do the right thing." DFA's objective is to deliver exactly what the customer is expecting, even if the expectation requires going over and beyond what was initially promised. No doubt, with that level of work ethic and high standard for customer service, DFA may occasionally be required to reduce their anticipated profit in order to provide the customer with the desired results. In each instance, DFA has consistently exceeded our expectations.
As an example of their great work, we had contracted with DFA to handle all of the flooring for our new building. The project was completed; we were extremely pleased, receiving exactly what was agreed, including the project costs. Approximately a month following the completion of the flooring, I received a letter from Cal Dillabaugh along with a reimbursement check. The letter essentially said that he had reviewed their invoices for the project as well as the actual costs, and had determined that they had mistakenly big a larger amount for the project than what was intended.
Consequently, Cal enclosed a check for the difference. While we didn't feel we were entitled to the reimbursement, Cal's response was that he wanted NNU to keep the check and that the project costs agreed to was not what they had intended. I've never encountered a company or individual with this level of honesty in their work. That is what I call doing beyond the principle of treating others as you would like to be treated!
As a result of observing their integrity, honesty and ethical behavior "in action," my respect level has only deepened for Dillabaugh's Flooring America. NNU does not hesitate to contact DFA for any flooring project, because we know that in each instance, they will be looking out for our well-being. Thank you!"

"I have had the pleasure of knowing Cal and Tracey Dillabaugh for over thirty years.
During that time period, my relationship with them personally and with their company has been both as a customer as a customer and as a client. As a client, they have acted with integrity by keeping their word, by finishing their work on time and as promised. They have also paid their financial obligations in a very timely manner. As a customer, they have exceeded my expectations. In a recent project Dillbaugh's did for me personally they conducted themselves in the most professional manner. "We had been casually looking for new kitchen countertops, and we were considering painting our 30-year old cabinets. When we met with Kay at Dillibaugh's, she said that she would be happy to come to our home and bring her "Cabinet man," Craig Downum, with her. She and Craig gave us some ideas and a quote on new cabinets and countertops (no pressure), just checking out our taste and budget. Their quote was surprisingly affordable and the ideas provided were just great. They invited us into the store to check out the final plan for us. Upon seeing the cabinet design, granite choice, backspash, sink, etc., we were totally sold! No further decision on color, style, anything. In fact, my sister's comments were, "If you had to do this yourself, you would take 10 years to make a final decision!" Thanks to Kay and Craig, all our anxieties were cleared away.
Dillabaugh's took care of the work schedule (tear out and install), and the whole project went smoothly and without a hitch. We are totally delighted with our new kitchen. We strongly recommended Dillabaugh's for any projects a persona may be considering. Their years of expertise make them a great company to do business with.
