I have been with Dillabuagh's since 2012. I am a 5th-generation Idahoan who loves my State and my Country. There is no place I would rather live. I believe the Lord called me to serve Him next to Casey and Andrea, and I am committed to doing just that as long as the Lord permits.

We happen to do flooring, cabinets, blinds, and countertops, and we do an amazing job too, but they are the means to the end of loving our community. This vision and purpose is what I love about working here, and I there is no place I would rather work.

Kaleb has been part of the Dillabaugh’s Flooring America team for nearly four years and currently works as a Project Estimator, helping customers plan projects involving flooring, tile, and countertops. He enjoys working through the details of each project and helping customers turn their ideas into spaces they’re excited about. Outside of work, Kaleb enjoys playing guitar, listening to music, and loves spending time with his wife, Cassie. He loves learning new things and is always looking for an opportunity to put his creativity to use.

Elaine rejoined the Dillabaugh's team in 2025 and specializes in customer service and warranty support within our Builder Division. She enjoys working with builders and homeowners to resolve issues efficiently while creating a positive experience from start to finish. She believes that clear communication and building strong relationships are the foundation of exceptional customer service. When she's not at work, you'll usually find her tackling a home renovation project, reading a good thriller, paddle boarding, or camping with her family. She enjoys coffee, good, food, wine, and her Frenchie Kona aka "squish".

Raul Gonzalez

Job Title

Raul has been in the flooring industry since 2020, following a family background of contractors and builders in Texas. He is 5 Star Service Flooring Design Certified and Schluter Innovation Workshop Certified. Raul enjoys meeting customers and helping bring their design visions to life. His favorite flooring to work with is solid hardwood, and his morning beverage of choice is limeade.
