Dillabaugh’s Flooring America strives to be the #1 full-service installation company in the world. The DFA Project Coordinator & Design Specialist assists clients throughout all aspects of the product selection process. Our staff are given extensive training on building relationships with customers, how to provide expert-level product knowledge, how to assist with creative design concepts, on conducting and documenting job assessments prior to the installation, how to write quotes, and to close bids.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build lasting relationships with new, repeat, and referral customers
- Educate clientele on various floor covering products
- Assist customers with general project design and provide expert advice
- Document customer profiles within RFMS (project management software)
- Utilize industry hardware/software to build accurate floor plans and proposals
- Record notes and take pictures to provide subcontractors with relevant information
- Build quotes and email to customers for review
- Take payment from customers and ensure the completion of all required paperwork
- Consistently communicate with staff, subcontractors, and customers throughout projects
- Attend monthly sales professional trainings and weekly staff meetings
- Utilize social media to manage existing book of business and create new lead opportunities
- Maintain proper hygiene, meet dress code requirements, and have a positive attitude
