OVERVIEW
The Builder Team Service Technician is responsible for customer service warranty tasks. This includes both pre-and-post job walks to ensure quality control standards are achieved, delivering materials to installers when needed, and conducting small installations on occasion. The position accomplishes this through a respectful, constructive and energetic style, guided by the objectives and core values of Dillabaugh’s Flooring America.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for customer service warranty
- Conduct pre and post job walks to ensure quality control standards are achieved
- Utilize a mobile device on-site to document job information into RFMS
- Communicate jobsite issues/information/pictures to builder team
- Deliver materials to installers on job sites if/when needed
- Do installations on small projects
- Ensure all punch-list items (finish work) are completed
- Provide installers with assistance if needed

REQUIREMENTS
- General construction experience a plus – no experience required – on-the-job training available

- Ability to use a tablet/iPad and basic software
